StarFxGlobal Investment Disclaimer, Land Investment Terms & Client Acknowledgement

⚠️ Important: Please read these terms carefully before investing. By investing with StarFXGlobal, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on StarFXGlobal and participating in any investment plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Investment Disclaimer, and Client Acknowledgement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. This document is effective from 09-MAY-2026.

2. Nature of Investment

StarFXGlobal facilitates land-linked and financial investment plans on behalf of clients. All investments are made voluntarily. StarFXGlobal does not guarantee profits and is not a registered stockbroker, SEBI-registered investment advisor, or bank. Returns mentioned are indicative and based on historical performance; they are not guaranteed.

3. Investment Plans & Returns

StarFXGlobal offers 4 investment plans: Plan 1 (8% monthly returns, min ₹1,00,000), Plan 2 (2X in 8 months, min ₹1,00,000), Plan 3 (6% monthly + land registration, min ₹5,99,999), Plan 4 (2X in 10 months + land registration, min ₹5,99,999). Returns are paid as described — monthly for Plans 1 & 3, at maturity for Plans 2 & 4.

4. Minimum Investment & Lock-in

Plan 1 & 2: Minimum ₹1,00,000. Plan 3 & 4: Minimum ₹5,99,999 per plot. Plans 3 & 4 have lock-in periods of 12 and 10 months respectively. Early exit requests will be reviewed and are subject to applicable conditions set by StarFXGlobal at its discretion.

5. Payment Verification & Activation

All investments require proof of payment (UTR number, transaction screenshot/receipt). Investments are activated only after our team verifies your payment receipt. StarFXGlobal is not responsible for failed or incorrect payments made to wrong accounts. Always confirm payment details with our team before transferring funds.

6. Land Registration (Plans 3 & 4)

For Plans 3 and 4, land registration is completed in the investor's name within 7-14 business days of investment activation. Registration is subject to government procedures, documentation, and availability. StarFXGlobal will provide all required support for the registration process. The investor is responsible for providing accurate KYC and address documents.

7. KYC & Identity Verification

All investors are required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued ID (PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID). Investments may be restricted or returns held pending KYC completion. StarFXGlobal reserves the right to reject investments from unverified accounts.

8. Referral Program

Referral commissions are earned only on verified, active investments by your referrals. Commission structure: Level 1 — 2%, Level 2 — 1%, Levels 3-6 — 0.5% each. StarFXGlobal reserves the right to modify referral rates with 30 days notice. Fraudulent referral activities, including self-referral or fabricated accounts, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Exit & Withdrawal Policy

Plan 1: 15 days advance written notice required for capital withdrawal. Plan 3: 30 days advance notice required after completing the 12-month lock-in period. Plans 2 & 4: Capital and returns paid at maturity only. Premature exit from Plans 2 & 4 may result in reduction of promised returns. All withdrawal requests are subject to verification.

10. Risk Disclosure & Investor Acknowledgement

The investor acknowledges: (a) All investments carry financial risk; (b) Past returns do not guarantee future performance; (c) StarFXGlobal investment plans involve real estate and financial market exposure; (d) The investor has conducted their own due diligence; (e) Funds invested should be surplus funds not required for immediate needs; (f) StarFXGlobal is not liable for market-related losses.

11. Account Termination

StarFXGlobal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the referral system, or provide false information. In such cases, pending investments will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to forfeiture.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected solely for investment management, KYC verification, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. All data is stored securely and protected under our Privacy Policy available at StarFXGlobal.com/privacy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from investments or our services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: India. The investor agrees that all communications regarding disputes must be made in writing to support@starfxglobal.com.

14. Amendments & Updates

StarFXGlobal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform and maintenance of investments after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
